Trooper was shot, paralyzed and hit on the head with a hammer before being dumped in a ditch.  Trooper remained in that ditch, no food or fresh water supply, unable to move, lying in his own feces and urine causing burns to his skin for about a month before he was rescued.  Someone saw him while driving by and his journey to recovery began.  From the kind people who brought him to a rescuer, the rescuer that networked for transportation to the ER Vet, the Facebook group that facilitated getting the word out and raising funds for his care, the transporters that drove over an hour to get him to that ER Vet, the Rescue that took him under their care, the compassionate donors that donated funds, and the veterinary staff that stabilized him and continue to treat him, Trooper has a team.  We all are Team Trooper.

For those asking how you can help Trooper!
