I understand all adopted animals will have been vetted and spayed/neutered and that it will be the adopter's responsibility to take care of all future health needs including but not limited to vaccinations. I understand that if for any reason after being approved for foster and/or adoption that I cannot keep my foster and/or adopted animal I will contact and relinquish possession back to Missouri K9 Friends. I understand that if my foster and/or adopted animal is not properly cared for MKF can revoke my foster and/or adoption agreement and I will surrender my foster and/or adopted dog back to MKF. I agree that if approved for foster and/or adoption I will not sell or give away my foster and/or adopted animal. I understand and agree that an in person or virtual home visit is required by Missouri K9 Friends before this foster and/or adoption application can be approved. I affirm that no member of my household has been convicted of an animal welfare law such as cruelty or neglect. I agree that when a foster or adoptive animal is in my home I am responsible for the safety and well being of the foster/adopted animal in addition to the safety and well being of all animals and people in my home. I hold harmless and indemnify Missouri K9 Friends against any and all claims and actions arising from having a Missouri K9 Friends animal in my home. I acknowledge and accept the risks associated with bringing a rescue animal into my home, including but not limited to property damage and/or personal injury.
